Services & Booking Policies At Elevate Hair In Bury St Edmunds

COLOUR APPOINTMENTS
New guests booking colour services will need to visit the salon for a complimentary colour consultation and allergy test at least 48 hours before their appointment.
This also applies to existing guests who haven't seen us in over 6 months. Unfortunately we are unable to carry out any colour services without this.

At Elevate we are unable to carry out colour services on guests under 16 years old.


 

CANCELLATIONS
We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling in order to fill the appointment space.

If an appointment is missed, cancelled or rescheduled without the required 48 hours minimum notice, the appointment will be charged 50% within 48 hours, and 100% within 24 hours to cover the stylists time.

Your appointment may be subject to a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for; colour services, hair extensions and other appointments over 2 hours.

TIME KEEPING
We reserve the right to reschedule a service if a client arrives over 15 minutes late as this impacts our ability to deliver a high standard service. All attempts will be made to reschedule in a timely manner. If you are due to arrive late for an appointment please contact the salon or freelance stylist via phone call and we will try our best to accommodate you.
